Emergency crews are responding to reports of a car crashing into the water along eastbound Highway 92 just east of the San Mateo-Hayward Bridge Toll Plaza early Thursday morning.
The incident was reported at about 3 a.m. and the Hayward Fire Department along with the California Highway Patrol responded to the scene.
No additional information was immediately available.
