Would you pay almost $1,000 per night for a motel room in San Bruno?
That was one option presented to a Dreamforce attendee today in an Expedia.com search for available rooms.
San Francisco Magazine noted a spike on Airbnb home rental listings, including a $1,200 per night two bedroom apartment in San Francisco that was later discounted to $1,000 per night.
Hotels were already sold out throughout San Francisco by April, when Salesforce chartered a "Dream Boat" as a floating alternative.
The conference, presented by Salesforce, continues through Friday in San Francisco.
