The man in the co-pilot's seat of the world's largest social network wants marijuana to be legal for adults in California.
Facebook co-founder Dustin Muskovitz gave $50,000 to California's Prop 19 campaign. That's hardly a drop in the bucket compared to his worth, estimated to be $1.4 billion, according to Forbes.
To all those who don't recognize the name but did see the movie "The Social Network," Muskovitz is the one portrayed by Joseph Mazello.
Our friends at the East Bay Express tell us the donation makes Muskovitz one of the proposition's biggest funders.
Muskovitz made the donation on Sept. 20, according to the Yes on 19 list available from the California Secretary of State's office.
Muskovitz was the CTO then then became VP of engineering at Facebook. He's also the co-founder of San Francisco-based Asana, a company that builds collaborative task and project management software.
