Looks like Mark Zuckerberg may have been "poked" one too many times by one of his fans.
Zuckerberg filed a restraining order against 31-year-old Pradeep Manukonda, reports TMZ, who has obtained copies of the paperwork.
The Zuck's documents claim Manukonda tried to "follow, surveil and contact Mr. Zuckerberg using language threatening his personal safety."
According to police, Manukonda has attempted to contact Zuckerberg not only through Facebook, but by visiting Facebook offices in Palo Alto, asking for money for his family.
Legal documents also state Pradeep was nabbed outside Zuckerberg's home as well, on January 24th.
At one point, the stalker even sent the Facebook founder flowers, and a handwritten note thanking Mark for all the glorious things he's done.
But Manukonda isn't all posies and love letters.

In one of his Facebook messages to Zuckerberg, Pradeep writes, "please help me, then I am ready to die for you." He continues, "Please understand my pain."
The judge has ordered Pradeep to stay at least 300 yards from Zuckerberg, his sister Randi and his girlfriend Priscilla Chan.
