Show your championship spirit at this year's Giant Race in San Francisco. Run a half marathon, 10K, 5K, Kid's Race or Family Relay with your friends and family to close out your summer with a bang. Begining at AT&T Park, each race distant will begin in waves to cater to the growth of the Giant Race in recent years. The half marathon and 10K race will begin at 7:00 AM and the 5K wil begin at 10:50 AM on August 23, 2015. This year, the Kid's Race and Family Relay will take place on Saturday, August 22, 2015, during the expo hours, around Noon.
Every runner will go home with a Giant Race Runner Bobblehead, a fan favorite tradition of the race. This year's bobblehead is Giant's right fielder Hunter Pence. Along with the run, there is also Runner's Night, a running-themed Giants game against the Chicago Cubs. At Runner's Night, all ticket holders will receive a special Giants/Project Open Hand barbeque apron.
