Inside an LA-based non-profit empowering the special needs community 

California Live’s Jessica Vilchis meets with members of the New Horizons North Hills campus to learn about the various programs it offers to its community. Catering specifically to special needs individuals, the non-profit helps its members gain confidence in social skill building, in addition to hands-on job training and placement.
