Former NBC Bay Area investigative reporter Vicky Nguyen, now a senior consumer investigative correspondent with NBC News, is adding author to her repertoire with hew new memoir "Boat Baby."
Nguyen joined "Today in the Bay" Friday morning to discuss her inspiration for writing the book and how she's been an influence for others in the NBC family.
