Another Resident of a Local Atria Senior Facility Dies

The death of a second resident of an Atria senior living facility is under investigation. The two Atria facilities are 40 miles apart, but both residents’ death was similar enough that one family reached out to NBC Bay Area’s Investigative Unit with questions. Kris Sanchez reports.
