Oakland Diocese Pays $3.5M to Settle Sex Abuse Lawsuit

Another big payout from the Catholic Church in a Bay Area sex abuse case. The Oakland Diocese has paid $3.5 million to settle a lawsuit brought by a former seminarian who says he was raped by a Livermore priest back in 2017.
