Accused 2 Decades Ago and Returned to Ministry, SF Priest Faces New Allegations

Fr. Daniel Carter was accused back in 2002 of sexually abusing a Redwood City social worker when she was a child. The Archbishop at the time called the allegations unfounded and returned Carter to ministry. Candice Nguyen reports.
