Rawk Vet Ted Nugent at The Independent

Strangehold: Continue the long weekend's pro-Americana festivities tonight at The Independent, as they bring shredding rawk vet turned gun nut conservative activist Ted Nugent in for an unusually intimate live set. Tickets to see the Motor City Madman start at $55 and show is at 8 p.m.

Go Ahead, Make My Day: Another Tuesday, another classic San Francisco-themed flick and wine pairing at Nob Hill's Top of the Mark. The swanky downtown hang is set to pour gratis glasses of Domaine Chandon's finest and screen Clint Eastwood's 1971 classic Dirty Harry at 7:30 p.m. and again at 11:30 p.m. -- as always, admission is free.

Zorch Girls: Get your experimental fix in tonight as the Hemlock Tavern invties synth and drum-heavy The Feast favorites Religious Girls -- revisit the delightfully noisy trio here -- and likeminded Austin-based duo Zorch in for a wallet-friendly $6 show. Doors at 9 p.m.
