A crash in Stockton on Tuesday left a big rig teetering on the side of an elevated freeway, according to NBC affiliate KCRA.
The crash occurred around 5:45 a.m. at the Viaduct Bridge along Interstate 5 in the Central Valley city, KCRA reported.
The big rig was reportedly maneuvering onto the freeway when it had to swerve in order to avoid hitting a truck that was exiting the roadway, according to KCRA. The big rig then slammed into freeway's side railing, and the cab of the big rig ended up dangling over the edge of the roadway.
The driver of the big rig managed to escape but did complain of having some pain, KCRA reported.
