As fires continue to rage in Southern California, questions are being raised on how multiple fires came to be and what local officials are doing. NBC Bay Area’s Jessica Aguirre spoke with John Darmanin, a retired San Francisco Fire Department arson captain, to understand what could have happened in Los Angeles County.
