Car Thief Suspect Arrested After Hwy 101 Closure, Standoff

Franklin Antonio Molina, 21, was arrested after a 3-hour standoff on Highway 101 in Mendocino County, the Press Democrat reported. Molina was suspected of stealing a vehicle, the report said.
