Adults Gain 1.5 Pounds Per Month During Pandemic: UCSF Study
Sheltering at home has caused many of us to shelter some pounds. A new study out of UCSF says, on average, we’ve gained 1.5 pounds per month during the pandemic. So if you’ve been at home for 12 months, that’s almost 20 pounds. Janelle Wang spoke to Dr. Gregory Marcus, who co-authored the study, about how to reverse the weight gain.
