Hundreds of people have filed complaints against Kanye West’s clothing company, Yeezy Supply, saying they ordered products online but never got anything. Many also claimed the company is unresponsive to their complaints.
But there might be a development in the works.
The Better Business Bureau says Yeezy has finally responded to its inquiries and a meeting is now scheduled for Tuesday. NBC Bay Area asked to attend the meeting but was turned down.

NBC Bay Area reported last month on how fans had spent hundreds of dollars, but received nothing in return. Eli Bahmanyar expected shoes.
“I got an email from them. I got a receipt,” he said.
But no shoes.

“They just never came,” he said.
Megan Cullen in Santa Cruz paid about $400 for a hoodie.
“I’ve never, ever experienced such terrible customer service,” she said.
The Better Business Bureau said it received more than 300 complaints about Yeezy in the month of October. Then, another 189 in November. The total this year exceeds 700, the BBB said.
We’ll let you know what comes of the meeting.
