8-year-old caught in Oakland freeway shooting

An 8-year-old child is still fighting for his life after being shot in a rolling gun battle on 580 in Oakland Friday night. This comes as word that a much-anticipated crime fighting tool is being installed on high crime freeways statewide. Terry McSweeney reports.
