Police in San Francisco are searching for a possible kidnapping suspect after a "physical altercation" occurred Friday just before noon.
A witness told police officers that the incident at Noe and Clipper Street in Noe Valley looked like a kidnapping, police said.
SFPD officers are still investigating at the scene.
No other information was immediately available.
