A closer look: Swift water rescues on 4th of July

A big concern this long holiday weekend is rushing waters. The Sierra snowpack is still melting and all the water is rushing into our rivers, creating deceptively swift currents. NBC Bay Area’s Jessica Aguirre spoke to Lt. Sal Garcia of the Oakland Fire Department for some insight.
