Propane Tank Explosion Kills Elderly Man

An investigation is underway Friday morning after an explosion and fire ripped through an apartment in Pleasant Hill last night — killing an elderly man inside. Firefighters say the man turned on a propane tank and it exploded. No one else was hurt.
