A work laptop belonging to Alameda County District Attorney Pamela Price was stolen from her security team's SUV on Friday, sources told NBC Bay Area.
The incident happened just after 3 p.m. near 27th Street and Telegraph Avenue in Oakland. According to sources, the SUV was parked in front of the Family Justice Center.
So far, no arrests have been made.
Just a few hours before the incident, Price attended a community discussion that was hosted by the Oakland Chamber of Commerce.
