Bay Area Storm Brings Deadly Havoc

The powerful rain and winds caused havoc across the Bay. From a deadly roof collapse in Oakland, to trees falling on homes and cars and flood waters rushing down the interstate, it was a wild and dangerous day in many locations. Thom Jensen reports.
