Berkeley's Cell Phone Radiation Warning Ordinance Challenged in Court

Two very high profile attorneys squared off Thursday over the issue of cell phone radiation and warnings prescribed by the government. The cell phone industry is challenging the City of Berkeley’s ordinance that requires retailers to notify customers about radio frequency radiation. Mark Matthews reports.
