Body Found in Garbage Chute Near SF Motel

Authorities have identified a body found dead in a garbage chute at a hotel in San Francisco.

The medical examiner's office says the woman was 54-year-old Natalie Blaugh, but it has not yet determined how she died. Blaugh was found inside a chute at the Hotel Sunrise in the city's Mission District on Wednesday night.

San Francisco police spokesman Officer Gordon Shyy says there were no external signs of a homicide at the scene, but the investigation is continuing.
