Facing budget shortfall, SF school board votes to cut over 900 unfilled positions

Facing a $400 million shortfall in two years, the San Francisco Unified School Board voted Wednesday to cut unfilled positions, raise pay and scrap a faulty payroll system. Emma Goss reports.
