Cal State East Bay Ready for ‘Car-Mencement' Ceremony

It’s time for graduation ceremonies to begin across the Bay Area and unlike last year, graduates will get a chance to celebrate. Cal State East Bay in Hayward is set for what it’s calling a “carmencement” that will take place next Friday through Sunday.
