Most sizable San Jose construction projects are concentrated on the city's north side, according to the local Business Journal, which maintains The List.
The Crescent Village Apartment Homes project is the biggest, according to the newspaper, with the "Misora on Santana Row and the McEnery Convention Center" at No. 2 and No. 3, The List reported.
Another big one is the Epic property, with a whopping 472,236 square feet of construction action. Yet another sizable project is the Zero Waste Energy Development.
Many more construction projects are scheduled to break ground in the second half of 2013, the List reported.
