Confusion Surrounds Guerneville Flooding Cleanup

It’s garbage day for the flood-soaked city of Guerneville. The city says it will start picking up any flood debris residents can bring to the curb. It all sounds like a good idea, but some say it’s leading to big confusion. Mark Matthews reports.
