PG&E crews have restored power to more than 14,000 customers who lost power late Sunday in Mountain View due to a downed power line.
Initial reports from police at 6:22 p.m. reported 865 customers had lost power, due to a downed live wire off Charleston Road.
After PG&E crews arrived, police tweeted an update at 8:03 p.m. that the estimated number of customers without power was more than 14,000.
Police added another update at 10:04 p.m. saying that power had been restored. No cause was provided for the downed power line.
