A closer look: Prescott Market coming to West Oakland

Attention Oakland foodies — a project years in the making is coming to life. A food hall right next to the home of the Oakland Ballers. NBC Bay Area’s Raj Mathai spoke to Councilmember Carol Fifie, who represents the district where the new hall is located, for some insight.
