Alameda hosts inaugural Filipino Island Festival

In honor of Filipino History Month, the City of Alameda hosted its first-ever Filipino Island Festival. The inaugural event, which hosted many Bay Area residents, highlighted food, music, and events. Organizers said they hope to put on another event next year. Gia Vang reports.
