A big rig crash shut down northbound Interstate 880 in Oakland for hours Monday, impacting the evening commute.
The collision occurred around 4:40 p.m. near Hegenberger Road.
CHP canceled a Sig Alert and reported lanes started to reopen before 7 p.m.
