Businesses sue Berkeley over nearby encampments

A slew of Berkeley businesses are suing the city over nearby encampments, which they claim are making the area unsafe and driving customers away. NBC Bay Area’s Jessica Aguirre spoke with Emily Winston, founder and CEO of Boichik Bagels, to understand the premises of the lawsuit.
