Clients Canceling Hair Appointments Over Mask Mandate Frustration

An East Bay hair stylist told NBC Bay Area some clients are canceling their appointments because they don’t want to wear a mask in the salon. “I can promise you that our salon is 10 times cleaner than the grocery or the gas station,” said the hair stylist.
