Contra Costa County Marries 21 Couples on Valentine's Day

Many weddings have been cancelled over the past year due to the pandemic, but for some lucky couples in Contra Costa County, today was a special day to tie the knot. The county clerk officiated 21 wedding ceremonies this Valentine’s Day.
