Over 5,000 PG&E customers were without power in the East Bay at one point Tuesday afternoon, and hundreds woke up Wednesday still in the dark.
According to the utility company's outage map, the city of Antioch and city of Oakley had the most affected customers. Neighborhoods in the San Ramon Valley also were affected.
The exact number of affected customers was not available.
