NAACP lays out safety plan to fight crime in Oakland

The NAACP laid out a public safety plan to potentially solve the rising crime in Oakland. NBC Bay Area’s Raj Mathai spoke to Cynthis Adams, the president of the Oakland NAACP, and Bishop Bob Jackson, from Acts Full Gospel Church, for some of their points.
