Oakland Family Man Hit by Amtrak While at Work

An Oakland family is devastated after their father and husband was hit by an Amtrak train while at work. He was clearing a homeless encampment when the train crashed into his tractor. The man is currently hospitalized, and the family is fearful he may not survive. Velena Jones has the story.
