Oakland Police Chief Plans to Work With Community to Prevent Crime

The city of Oakland reached a tragic milestone of 69 homicide so far this year; double the amount of homicides this time last year. The police chief says something needs to change and he is reaching to community to work together. Melissa Colorado reports.
