A manhunt took place in Orinda Tuesday after police interrupted a residential burglary in progress.
Investigators said officers were responding to a call about a suspicious person. They said they were checking on a car parked in a driveway on Lloyd Lane associated with that person when they confronted three people leaving a house with stolen items.
Police arrested two of the suspects. They used K-9s and drones to search for the third but couldn’t find him.
The owners of the house weren’t home at the time of the burglary.
Police are asking anyone with information to contact them.
