A San Lorenzo man has been charged with two counts of murder after police say he shot and killed two people earlier this month.
The Alameda County district attorney charged Howard Reed for allegedly shooting and killing Dorothy Mak and Melanie Zhang at the home the three of them shared.
Reed was arrested in Kansas, and will be extradited back to California.
