Snow Covers Mount Diablo Hilltops in Contra Costa Co.

Several inches of snow fell on Mount Diablo hilltops Thursday. It was so cold and icy that though too dangerous to drive up, some die-hard snow fans made their way to the top on foot. Roz Plater reports.
