Elementary Schools Apply to Reopen

Nearly 100 South Bay schools could reopen for in-classroom learning this fall, if they get the green light from county health officials. Under Governor Gavin Newsom’s Pandemic Plan, elementary schools have the option to apply for a waiver with their local health officer. Jessica Aguirre reports.
