Opening Statements in Balwani Trial

Sunny Balwani, former Theranos executive and Elizabeth Holmes’ ex-boyfriend daces the same accusations as she did; misleading investors and patients by promoting bogus blood testing technology. During Tuesday’s opening statements in Balwani’s trial, prosecutors said Holmes and Balwani worked in tandem, and he is just as guilty as Holmes. Scott Budman reports.
