Engineering, Design Flaws Caused Boy to Fly Off Dublin Waterslide

It’s been one year since a young boy Was hurled off a waterslide in Dublin, suffering severe abrasions and bruises. In Cal/OSHA’s final report, it found engineering, design and testing flaws. Cheryl Hurd reports.
