Family Death Cancels Cruise, But Refund Never Arrives

NBC Bay Area responds to a Pittsburg man who had to cancel a cruise after his sister died. Carnival promised a $1,478 refund, but he never got his money back. Consumer investigator Chris Chmura reports.
