Family of 8-Year-Old Hayward Girl Abused, Murdered Take Legal Action Against Alameda County

The family of 8-year-old Sophia Mason is taking legal action against Alameda County claiming it could have done more to prevent the abuse and murder of the Hayward girl. Ian Cull reports.
