First of its kind bill to protect kids on social media

California is considering a new law that would be the first of its kind in the country that would protect kids from the dangers of social media. NBC Bay Area’s Raj Mathai spoke to East Bay State Senator Nancy Skinner, who introduced the bill with Attorney General Rob Bonta, for some insight.
