Gov. Newsom Declares State of Emergency After 6.4 Quake
Governor Gavin Newsom declared a state of emergency after a 6.4 magnitude earthquake shook the Northern California coast. About 50,000 customers are still without power and there’s been more than 80 aftershocks. NBC Bay Area’s Raj Mathai spoke to Velena Jones, live from Humboldt County, for some insight.
