Governor Secures Surgical Masks for California

Two major developments in the battle against COVID-19 were announced by Governor Newsom Tuesday. California, for the first time, is reducing transmission of the virus and although the road ahead will still be rough, it will be made safer because the state has arranged the purchase of 200 million masks.
